Meanwhile…
So I’ve decided to change the art up a bit on the star character (yes, he actually does have a name, and don’t worry Kelly and Joe will give it to him soon… so stay tuned!) A friend of mine pointed out that it didn’t really look like he was glowing since I was using a black outline. While that should have been obvious, I was concerned about keeping the star shape so that he didn’t end up looking like a generic floating fireball that could be anything. Consequently, I’m now using an orange outline. Hopefully this makes for better artwork and a more enjoyable comic.
